How do you protect slimes from melting or leaking during shipping? Slime is highly sensitive to external temperatures and pressure during travel. To guarantee perfection, every Opuloria slime is poured into a heavy-duty, airtight, screw-top container with a leak-proof inner seal. Every jar is wrapped in protective air cushions and shipped inside rigid outer cartons alongside a complimentary Slime Care Kit (including activator powder and instructions) to ensure it arrives flawless and ready for play.
Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your haul leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your package straight to your doorstep.
Slime Care, Fixes & Play Instructions
My slime arrived sticky or melted due to warm transit weather. How do I fix it? Don't panic! Melted or sticky slime is a completely normal reaction to warm transit climates across the country and is incredibly easy to fix. Every Opuloria order includes a free Slime Care Kit containing Borax activator powder. Simply dissolve 1 teaspoon of the activator powder into 1 cup of warm water. Add a few drops of this mixture into your sticky slime and knead thoroughly until it reaches your desired, non-sticky perfection. Warning: Do not add too much activator at once, or the slime will become stiff!
My slime feels stiff or hard. How can I make it stretchy again? If your slime feels stiff due to air-conditioning or cold weather, simply place the sealed container in a warm room for a day, or add a few pumps of clear lotion (for butter/cloud slimes) or a few drops of warm water (for clear slimes) and knead gently until it regains its buttery, cloud-like stretchiness.
How long do Opuloria slimes last, and how should I store them? With clean hands and proper care, your slimes can last for months! Always wash your hands thoroughly before and after playing to keep the slime sterile. Always store your slime back in its airtight container with the lid tightly locked when not in use, and keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and pets.
Ingredients & Returns
Are Opuloria slimes edible? No. Opuloria slimes are strictly NOT edible. Even though they look and smell exactly like delicious gourmet treats, ice cream, or candy, they contain glues, cosmetic colorants, and activators. Please supervise young children during play to ensure absolutely no accidental consumption happens.
What is your return policy? We want you to crunch and pop with absolute joy! Because slimes are highly perishable, chemical-reactive, and hand-handled sensory products, for strict public health, hygiene, and personal care safety regulations, we accept returns only on completely unopened, un-played-with jars in their original, pristine condition and factory-sealed shrink wraps within 30 days of delivery.
